My name is Cari, and I’m a 22-year-old living independently in Houston. Recently, I was involved in a car accident after falling asleep behind the wheel on my way home from work. It was a long day with little to no sleep, and unfortunately, exhaustion caught up with me. Thankfully, I’m okay, but my car is no longer in driving condition, and now I’m left without a way to get to work or handle my daily responsibilities.

Being independent in a big city like Houston means reliable transportation is essential. Without a car, it’s been incredibly challenging to keep up with my job and maintain my independence.
