My name is Cari Roggatz. I am 65 years old and living in my car in the Lake Tahoe basin with my dog and two cats. I have applied for low-income housing but have yet to hear whether or not I got the apartment. The reason why I am asking for your help, is that I need to pay for the registration for my vehicle and get car insurance for six months. Ideally, I would also like to replace my windshield which was shattered in a snowstorm and I would like to get snow tires for the season.
