Just as he was beginning to get back on his feet, tragedy struck again. While cleaning one of his firearms he accidentally shot himself in the stomach, resulting in another major medical emergency. The recovery process has been long and painful, both physically and financially. Between ongoing medical expenses and trying to stay current with his mortgage and basic bills the financial strain has become overwhelming.
