On Sunday night Carey Christensen had a serious accident on an electric scooter. She was rushed to St. Lukes and then transferred to St. Alphonsus where she has been the last 3 days. 

Carey broke her jaw in multiple places and has damaged several of her teeth, 5 which had to be removed during surgery yesterday. Her jaw has been wired shut, and we still don't know the total damage .

She also broke her right hand. 

Aireus and Carey are humbled to have so many great friends who have signed up to help with meals and care, their care calendar is filled for the month! 

They have had many more people ask how they can contribute, especially from afar, and one way is to help with medical and childcare costs.

I have put together this go fund me to cover some of the medical costs, and dental reconstruction, unfortunately it will be a very long recovery for her, with some pretty bad permanent injuries. 

Carey is such a beam of light and she does so much for her family, community, church,  children's school's and friend circles. She covers so many roles for her large family, they really appreciate all the love and support right now!
