Help Cara Jo Save Her Home

I'm starting this fundraiser for my dear friend, Cara Jo...a wonderful friend, neighbor and nurse. She has taken care of so many others for countless years and now it's time to take care of her.

She has worked so diligently for many years as an RN, in many different departments, caring for those in need. She provided amazing care for her patients!

On top of that, she has lovingly taken care of and pet-sat an endless number of animals in our neighborhood, as well as provided homecare and done housesitting for myself, numerous other neighbors and elsewhere. Our neighbors have relied on her pet and home care while they were at work, on vacation or ill time and time again.

Let's show some appreciation and compassion for our excellent and kind-hearted nurse, neighbor, and friend. Cara Jo has been struggling with numerous debilitating issues including severe osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia and most recently...cancer. Her daily pain prevents her from sleeping, staying in one position for a prolonged period of time, working and sometimes just carrying out the most simple activities of daily life. She'll be having a big surgery in a few days to hopefully rid her body of this newly diagnosed cancer.

Let's help her overcome this difficulty with a bit of financial support while she waits for disability (SSI) to hopefully be approved. She is struggling with paying her bills right now and we don't want to see her lose her condo! Cara Jo deserves to have her neverending love and compassion, she has given to so many throughout the years, returned to her tenfold.
