Help Cara and Gary Rebuild After Tornado

I am reaching out to ask for support for my daughter Cara Flagg and her boyfriend Gary O'Dell. Gary is currently deployed overseas, adding to this already difficult predicament. Their home took a direct hit from the EF-2 tornado that touched down in Rome, New York on Tuesday, July 16th. There is significant damage to the home that includes an uplifted roof that was completely penetrated by a large fallen tree, and comprehensive water damage throughout the interior of the house, rendering it uninhabitable.
