Earlier this week, our lives were turned upside down when our beloved Jack Russell, Captain, was struck by a car in a sudden and devastating accident. We rushed him to the emergency vet, where he immediately underwent X-rays and a critical evaluation. The results were heartbreaking: Captain has multiple fractures in both of his back legs, including serious injuries to his pelvis and hips. While he is fighting, his vital signs are currently shaky, and he requires urgent surgery to repair the fractures and give him a chance at recovery.

Captain is in immense pain, but he is not giving up—and neither are we. He is more than a pet; he is family. He is full of life, love, and personality, and we are determined to do everything possible to help him heal. Unfortunately, emergency care, imaging, orthopedic surgery, hospitalization, medications, and recovery costs add up incredibly fast. The financial burden of this unexpected accident is overwhelming, and we are asking for help to cover the cost of his life-saving surgeries and ongoing medical care.
