Help Cano get back Home!

Hello everyone, as you may know, this is my dad, Pascual Rosario- most of you know him as Cano. For a while, his dream was to go back to his hometown, Puerto Rico, to visit his family. After discussing it multiple times, my sister decided to book a trip to Puerto Rico in October. It was a small trip over the weekend, but it was something that we all experienced together. On October 25, we landed in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and over the weekend, we had a great time. He enjoyed the beach, he enjoyed the food, and the scenery. He was so excited to go back! On the last day of us leaving back home, October 28, he woke up in the morning with a really bad headache. He's been complaining about headaches prior to the vacation but didn't really think anything of it. As we were packing up, we decided to stop by the store to get him something to eat and something for his headache. My sister and I noticed in the car that the headache was getting worse. As we were driving to the rental car to drop off and get on the plane, he felt really nauseous. He thought throwing up would help; instead, it actually made him feel worse. Due to him forcing it, there was a blood cell in his brain that popped, which made him lightheaded and pass out. We then called the ambulance, and they rushed him to the hospital. A few hours go by, and the neurosurgeon explains to me and my sister that he needed emergency brain surgery. The whole left side of his brain was filled with blood, and they needed to release it in order for him to survive. And that if we didn't get to the hospital sooner, he would no longer be here.
Fast forward to January, and my dad is still in the hospital. Since he isn't a Puerto Rico resident, he doesn't have the proper insurance to do his treatment at an outpatient facility. Unfortunately, my dad suffers from end-stage renal disease, and he currently does dialysis three times a week. The neurosurgeon explained that he would be in Puerto Rico for more than three months or more to heal his brain and to release all of the blood. We've tried to find ways to bring him back home since he isn't able to fly. This has been very stressful for me and my family, and I don't know what else to do. Him and I are desperate for him to come home, and it's very unfortunate that our dream trip was turned into a nightmare. I'm not sure what else to do since my family has exhausted all of our options. I'm hoping if there's anything that someone can do or find any information to get him back home because we miss him so much! Thank you for all your help and taking the time to read this!!
