My name is Danski, and I’m starting this fundraiser for my brother Cane. In the early hours of this morning, his home was devastated by a house fire, and he has lost almost everything he owns.

Cane is a hardworking carpenter, a big brother, and a strong father figure to many. He’s been independent since he was 14 and has always worked tirelessly to build a life for himself. He’s the kind of person who would give anything to help someone else, and now he’s the one who needs support.

The fire took nearly everything he owns. The only things that made it out were him and his dog. We are of course incredibly grateful that he and his dog made it out safely, but he has still lost everything he owns. He has lost all of his belongings, including clothes and everyday essentials. His phone was also destroyed in the fire, leaving him completely cut off and unable to communicate or organise work in the aftermath of such a devastating event.

Whilst he begins the process of rebuilding and arranging support, we’re trying to raise funds to help him with immediate essentials like clothing, food, temporary accommodation, and basic necessities to get through the coming days.
