Help Candi's Sister Stay by Her Son's Side

My name is Candi and I'm doing this for my sister. My sister Penni Adams has been alone for several years and has been a vet tech for over 20 years. She has worked very hard to pay off her land over the years and finally, a couple of years ago, got a brand new double-wide. Her old place was in such poor shape for many years. She has 3 adult sons. My sister's old house always had roof leaks, plumbing leaks, and wildlife had holes that they would enter through into the home. So finally, after a long battle, she got herself a decent home and asked nobody for anything... EVER!!

Needless to say, now she has a payment that she is committed to every month to keep a roof over her head. Her oldest son Scotti Adams, aka "Boog" has had a very bad car accident and is fighting for his life. He is 4 hours away from where my sister lives and works. She is at the hospital with him and he is fighting for his life! It is a minute-to-minute fight, the doctors say. My sister's transportation is not dependable enough for her to drive herself, so someone else took her, but that person cannot stay. My nephew has many life-changing surgeries coming up this week and my sister is trying to make a decision on staying at the hospital and not leaving his side or a decision that if she stays and misses one paycheck, she is screwed on her house payment getting behind. I'm not trying to raise a bunch of money, just enough so she can stay at her son's bedside!

I lost my daughter in a car accident on New Year's 2007. I left the hospital that night and my regret is with me every single day, still 17 years later. We have just been severely affected by Hurricane Helene, still no power, and my house had 6 1/2 feet of water in it. Therefore, I'm trying to deal with my natural disaster and am unable to help my sister. I live by SSI and would give it all to her, but my budget is too tight to help her and it's breaking my heart. My nephew has had heart surgery at this point but has many more he is facing. Every bone in his face is broken. They are hopefully going to do surgery on Friday to attempt to rebuild his face with metal plates and screws. All ribs except 2 are broken, he has a lacerated liver, has to have a trache, and probably will never see out of one eye. He is clinging to life by a thread and I don't want my sister to have to leave his side because if not, she will end up homeless. When you live this tight, missing one paycheck is devastating. Please help my sister be able to stay at my nephew's bedside!

This $ will be used for fuel to get back and forth to hospital where he is. That is 4 hrs for her. I want to be able to get her house payment. She hasn't had electricity for a week now and has animals to worry about as well. Any thing at this point helps her to be at his bedside. Will be a long process but hope and prayers are to bring him home!!!! We know in our family that God is in control of all things and has delivered miracles. My sister survived spinal meningitis as a very young child..I believe she was 2yrs old. She lives single and life has always been a struggle for her. I also live alone, I'm the big sis trying to look out for her. If all you can afford to send is a prayer... "PLEASE" all prayers welcomed!!
