Our good friend Candice is a home healthcare nurse and was recently bit by a dog on the job. She is going through multiple doctor appointments and multiple surgeries because the bite got infected. After the extensive muscle removal and bone surgery, she will need reconstructive surgery. Although her work is helping to cover the medical expenses, she is only making less than 50% of her paycheck. She has been told she is unable to work until March at the earliest. As a single mom with two boys in school, she is struggling to meet their daily needs whether it be food, utilities, or mortgage, etc. We ask for whatever you are able to help with at this time especially with holidays around the corner.
