My name is Candice, and I just lost the love of my life for over a decade to cancer unexpectedly. We found out in May that he had pancreatic cancer. At the time they diagnosed him, they told us that as long as he started chemotherapy and his medications, he would have a good chance of recovering from it. Well, a month later, they said it had spread to other areas of his body and that it was at stage 4. It began to spread rapidly, and it was very aggressive. This past week, he had surgery to remove two tumors. After the surgery, things took a turn for the worse. He unfortunately passed away with family at his bedside Saturday night, 7/26.

Now, his family and I are faced with the difficult task of planning and preparing a funeral for him.
