My dear friend, Candice, is a 45-year-old mother, daughter, sister, auntie, grandma, and friend - and truly one of the funniest, kindest, and most loving souls you could ever meet. Anyone who knows Candice know her heart: She is the first to show up, the first to make you laugh when you need it most, and the first to give even when she has little to spare.

A short time ago, our world was shaken when Candice was diagnosed with State IV cancer, which has tragically spread to her skull, her spine, her clavicle, her sternum, and left hip. She is now preparing to undergo aggressive radiation and chemotherapy, fighting a battle that no one should ever face. Despite the pain, the fear, and the unknown ahead, Candice continues to show the same strength, humor, and compassion she always has. But this fight is one she cannot face alone. I am creating this GoFundMe to help support Candice with medical expenses, travel costs for treatment, and any other necessities she may need along the way.
