Hello, my name is Camryn. I’ve been living my life in constant pain and suffering. I had an injury and fell playing volleyball. I didn’t get the proper care and treatment from the doctor I had seen. I have been to the doctors back to back through the past few years. Since I was 16, they had told me I’m young, it’ll heal. Now here I am dealing with something much more major. When something like a small tear could’ve been taken care of, now my cartilage is decaying, my knee is out of alignment, and I don’t have a ligament supporting my knee. 2.5 years later and now I need to go to a surgeon and get surgery soon. The recovery is 4-5+ months off of work to stay off my feet, and physical therapy is 8 months or more. I can’t financially support myself and pay for surgery. The surgery is $30,000-$40,000 and I need support for monthly necessities, rent, and other bills I won’t have the money for due to not being on my feet. I hate asking for help from others, but it’s come down to the point where I need help, and I’m asking everyone to help me get the help I need. Everything means a lot to me and is much appreciated.
