Hi, I’m Camille.
A singer, a songwriter, and now, an art student!
I’m raising funds to replace my stolen passport. It may seem like a small thing, but for me, it’s the key to everything I’ve been dreaming of.
Almost two years ago, I hit a low point in life. I had just left a really bad situation out of state, moved back home with no direction and no hope. I felt stuck—physically, mentally, and spiritually.
But something changed and I found myself blessed with the opportunity to go back to school! I’m now studying Ceramics at the University of North Georgia and I truly never expected to fall in love with art this way. My hands are finally creating. The support and compliments I’ve received has encouraged me to start selling my work! That kind of validation has helped me see myself, and my future more clearly.
But my biggest reason for returning to school? Travel.
I dream of seeing the world. Europe, Costa Rica, Buenos Aires, France, Thailand. I want to eventually live overseas, learn new languages, and immerse myself in other cultures. This dream was something I thought I never had a chance of experiencing. So when I discovered the amazing study abroad programs at UNG—I cried. Seriously. I found programs in Italy, Argentina, France, all offering courses in art and ceramics! The idea that I could study what I love and see the world lit something inside me again.
I’m a full-time working student who needs a little help. I am ready to study, create, dream, and finally step into the life I’ve worked so hard to rebuild. My life is currently being reshaped in new ways I never imagined and I truly believe this new chapter is full of light, opportunity, and healing.
Your support helps me take the first step toward the life I’ve always dreamed of. Thank you so much for believing in me.
With love and gratitude!
