Hey! My name is Camila Arellano-Beltrán, and I’m creating a short film called "First Note" for my Junior Thesis project at LMU.

"First Note" follows a stay-at-home mother who has put her career, and part of herself, on pause in order to have a family; a sacrifice many women are expected to make.

I’m passionate about telling a story that honors the women who carry so much, often quietly and unseen.
