My name is Cameron Shellabarger. My mom is a recovering addict, age 34, who was diagnosed with congestive heart failure a few months ago. She recently went to the doctor, and they told her it went from mild to severe. On top of that, she was also diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension class three. She needs a valve replaced in her heart and treatment at Mayo Clinic, but sadly, we and our family don’t have the funds to go to Rochester, Minnesota.

We are asking for help with expenses like gas, food, and a 2-night stay. We are asking for around $750 to help her make it there. Without this surgery, she will end up leaving me, her 16-year-old daughter, her 14-year-old daughter, and her 8-year-old daughter.
