Help Cameron Replace Her Stolen Car

Hello, my name is Colin. I live in Phoenix, Arizona--but I'm not the person to be helped here. My girlfriend, Cameron, recently had her car stolen at her house on Saturday in the Glendale area. It's a white, 2016 Kia Soul with a black roof. It has a lot of decorations on the back, some of which are shown in the pictures. She paid 5,000 dollars for it because it was an incredible deal for how little money she had. Her insurance wouldn't cover her car being stolen, so she's out of $5,000 and a car for next semester. Cameron is also short of money for college next semester on top of being out of a reliable car. I don't want her to have to take out countless loans and get stuck in student debt, or to lose her college funds to a car she won't be able to afford.
