My name is Jennifer, and I am reaching out for help for my 12-year-old son, Cameron. Just over a week ago, Cameron was riding his bike home when he was struck by an unlicensed and uninsured driver. The accident left him with two broken femurs, both requiring surgery, a broken jaw that has left his mouth wired shut, a broken nose, and multiple facial fractures. He has lost all his front top teeth and several others, and doctors are still unsure if the remaining ones can be saved. Cameron is currently in the ICU, on a feeding tube, and receiving oxygen to help him breathe due to his injuries. He is in tremendous pain and faces a long road to recovery, with at least three more weeks in the ICU and extensive rehabilitation ahead.

Cameron is a bright, adventurous boy who loves working on dirt bikes, four-wheelers, and cars with his dad. Seeing him unable to do the things he loves has been heartbreaking for our family. The funds raised will go directly toward his teeth and facial reconstruction, surgeries, and the therapy he will need to walk again—especially for his left leg, which doctors say will be the hardest to recover. If there is any extra, it will help with therapy and support to get him as close to normal as possible.
