Help Camela Beat Breast Cancer
Donation protected
On February 23, 2022, Camela Esmay was diagnosed with Stage 2B Breast Cancer. She underwent intense biopsies, MRI's and PET scans only to discover that it has spread to her lymph nodes and her chest wall. On April 20, 2022, she started a very aggressive chemotherapy treatment plan, along with a targeted drug to attack the exact type of breast cancer she is battling. Camela is preparing for a very invasive, full mastectomy surgery within the next couple of months with the hopes to possibly have reconstruction surgery when she is finally cancer free. Once she has healed from her surgery, she will have an additional one year plan of radiation and the targeted chemotherapy drug to hopefully make sure she never has to worry about having cancer ever again.
Camela is a hardworking, strong and independent woman who never wants to ask for help. She raised her daughter all on her own and is now a proud new business owner. She had worked at Crown Trophy as the engraver and was the heart of the business that kept it running for the past 20 years. She was able to be her own boss and buy the Crown Trophy in March of 2020, right as the Covid-19 shut down started. She kept the business alive and running with just her family through covid and is still working full time throughout all of her treatments.
It has been a constant uphill battle for her and her family, but she has and will remain positive and smiling throughout the process.
Thank you for taking the time to read Camela's story, and we welcome anybody who is able to share it with others. All donated funds will go directly to paying off Camela's medical bills.
