Just a little background to Camden’s testimony: At the age of 16, Camden was diagnosed with stage 4 bone cancer (osteosarcoma). He went through it all, chemotherapy, strict diets, multiple surgeries, and ultimately, the amputation of his right leg. For a little under a year, he lived in and out of hospitals, facing each day with quiet strength. And now, after exhausting every medical option, we’ve received heartbreaking news: there’s nothing more that can be done.
We are Camden’s family. And we want you to know who he is, not just what he’s endured.
Camden is 17 years old. His smile can light up a room before you even walk in. He’s thoughtful, funny, kind, and somehow always the one lifting others up, even while quietly carrying the weight of his diagnosis.
Camden isn’t battling cancer. He isn’t defined by it. He’s living, with joy, with courage, and with a heart that continues to expand and inspire everyone around him.
This summer, the Thepsimuong family made unforgettable memories together. Camden danced, laughed, and played alongside his cousins and new friends. One of the teen counselors from the cruise reached out afterward, saying she had no idea what Camden was going through, because he never let it define him. He simply was radiant, present, and full of life.
Recently, Camden shared his testimony at Mountain Pass Baptist Church. Once again, he gave the world a glimpse of his light. He continues to show up, speak truth, and live with purpose. And we are so grateful that you get to see him, know him, and love him.
Now, we come together to help Camden fulfill his deepest wishes, his dreams of joy, adventure, and meaningful connection.
All funds raised will be lovingly managed by his parents and used directly to bring those dreams to life. Whether it’s creating unforgettable memories, supporting his care, or preparing for whatever lies ahead, every contribution will honor Camden’s journey and uplift this remarkable family.
This is more than financial support, it’s a collective act of love, faith, and hope.
Camden’s Wishes Are Simple, Bold, and Full of Light:
• Las Vegas – If you do not know. Camden and his dad plays Pokémon tournaments and there will be a huge tournament in Las Vagas
• Japan – A place of beauty, culture, and wonder. Camden dreams of experiencing its traditions and vibrant energy.
• Another Cruise – After an unforgettable family trip, Camden wants to feel the ocean breeze again, surrounded by laughter and love.
We know life doesn’t pause for pain. But we believe in sowing seeds of joy, even through tears. As Psalm 126:5–6 reminds us:
“Those who sow in tears will reap with songs of joy.”
Every prayer, every donation, every share is a seed. And we believe the harvest will be beautiful.
Everyone who has walked this journey with Camden from the beginning has felt it all, the joy, the pain, the prayers, and the love rooted in God, who is the Almighty, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost.
We’ve held our breath for good news, and we’ve wept over scans that broke our hearts. Yet through it all, we remain anchored in faith, believing that God has His reasons, and that He moves not on our timeline, but in His perfect time.
We’ve shared tears that fall silently down our cheeks, and laughter sparked by Camden’s radiant smile, a smile that lights up the world and reminds us that joy still lives here.
We hold onto hope, hope that we will witness God’s healing power on this side of Camden’s life.
Camden ignited something in all of us, a light we didn’t even know was missing. And as we continue walking beside him, that light only grows stronger.
Some of us, like me, feel lost at times. We want to help, but we don’t always know how. So, for anyone who feels that same ache, I invite you to give, to be part of Camden’s hope, to help make his dreams come true.
Your gift is more than a donation. It’s a prayer in motion. It’s love in action.
And now, I leave you with a prayer…
Dear God,
You are the Maker of heaven and earth, the Creator of creatures great and small. You set the rhythm of life, the laws of love, and with a single breath, You hold all things together.
You are the Lord, the sacred name revealed to Moses, meaning “I Am Who I Am.” You are eternal, unchanging, and ever-present. Your name is not just spoken, it is breathed. Every inhale and exhale echoes Your presence. You are the One who was, who is, and who will always be.
We thank You for Your mercy, for the grace that allows us to choose our path, even when we stumble. I come before You as a sinner, not proud of every choice I’ve made, but grateful that Your forgiveness is always waiting when I bend the knee and call Your name.
You gave Your only Son, Jesus, so that we might be restored to You. He paid the price for our sins, and through Him, we have a bridge back to Your heart.
I know I’ll never be perfect, but I will keep seeking You— for guidance, for strength, for help. And I trust that You, Lord, in Your goodness, will
