The kingdoms of Thailand and Cambodia are continually skirmishing over border disputes that have displaced more than 200,000 Cambodian civilians thus far. People are being maimed and killed as a result of military action and even more are now lacking food, clean water, and other basic necessities. During my travels to Southeast Asia, I spent time with a lovely family in Siem Reap, Cambodia: Chhaiky Theourm and Damdin Yean. I built a friendship with them and even spent time visiting the school run by Chhaiky, helping teach English to her students and helping build a new classroom.

These people have no business or interest in a border dispute between two governing nations, but they are definitely affected by it. Many of Chhaiky's students don't have enough food to eat. They fear for the dangers of conflict, they fear the pain of hunger and losing the ones they love. I promised Chhaiky that I would help in any way I can, and I would love for your help too. Even a little money in USD, CAD, AUS, or EUR can go a long way in Cambodia. If you have the means and love in your heart, PLEASE, even a contribution as simple as $5 or $10 could make all the difference for my friends and the students. All money will go directly to the school so it can be best utilized for any needs that arise.
