Help Calypso Save Her Car

Yesterday I was involved in a hit and run accident at the intersection of Halsted & 68th. It was in the middle of a blizzard and I really needed toilet paper. The person came blazing down the road unable to stop due to hydroplaning. You guys know i work very hard and independently for everything i have. I need this car to go to work and to live. Its currently being held at a towing company and I dont have any money to get it out or pay the deductible ($1000) to get it fixed. I am pretty scared and stressed and have been getting the run around from my insurance company and the towing company, and Chicago PD.
