Help Calvin after the tragic loss of his Dad
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Kirstin, I am reaching out for help, to keep my nephew in his home after the tragic loss of his Dad, my Brother, Derek McIntosh.
Derek passed away unexpectedly early Tuesday morning. Calvin said good night to his dad around midnight, and at 1:30 a.m. Derek went to tell Calvin that an ambulance was on its way, right before collapsing to the floor. Derek died of Cardiac Arrest due to a blood clot, six days after receiving his second Covid-19 vaccine. The vaccine was listed as a secondary cause of death on his death certificate.
Our family is devastated, but one thing remains strong, our love for Calvin. Calvin is a 17 year old boy, who impresses us all the time, with his maturity, kindness and love for his family. My big brother raised this amazing human, and for the last two years, he did it all on his own. He was so proud of Calvin, and often told me, he didn’t know what he did to deserve such a good kid, and and honestly I wasn’t sure either, but we agreed that Calvin was something special. My brother was an amazing Dad, and his legacy will live on in the son who looks just like him!
Our goal, is to raise enough funds to be able to keep Calvin in his home that he shared with his dad, until he is able to graduate. This money is being raised to keep up with the mortgage and utilities and other house hold expenses for the next year and a half-two years. We all want what is best for this young man, and we want to be able to fulfill my brothers wishes. We want him to feel as much normalcy as possible. Our hearts ache for the loss of Derek, and ache for the son he left behind. The amazing, smart, funny, kind hearted young man named Calvin. So please, if you aren’t able to donate, share, and take time to read my brother and Calvin’s dad, Derek Andrew McIntosh’s, obituary. https://www.peterson-grimsmochapel.com/obituary/Derek-McIntosh?fbclid=IwAR0Gc6-MIGelKNAEYBOSPjjsfSQo6OsvFfMaqWIr_27sFOx1bge00qf7Ems
