Help Conor, Cally, Mars, and Gene After Losing Everything in the Eaton Fire.

Hi Everyone,

Sadly our dear friends Cally and Conor’s beautiful Altadena home was recently destroyed during the Eaton Fire. They, with their 3 year old Mars and brand new 3 month old baby, Gene, have recently lost everything they own, including sadly the life of their sweet cat Jerry.

They left their home on Tuesday morning due to the high winds interrupting Gene’s sleep, well before the evacuation notice was ordered. They had no idea they were leaving their home for the final time and left with just the clothes on their backs and basic baby supplies. Conor rushed back the following day to try and save their cat Jerry and gather any important items, but unfortunately it was too late and their home was already lost to the fire.

They do not have their passports, important documents, or valuables that one might take with them in a normal evacuation. They have lost their cat, their house and everything they own, including their collection of friends’ artworks that hung on the walls. Additionally, Conor who is an artist and art teacher at the Harvard Westlake, lost his home studio and all his work within it.

In this incredibly challenging time, Conor, Cally, Mars, and Gene are doing their best to stay positive, luckily staying safe with relatives, but the reality of losing everything is overwhelming. They are currently in need of financial support to help them with immediate, emergency needs like temporary housing, clothing, food, and essential supplies.
