Help Caleb Recover After Freak Gunshot Accident

This is my little brother Caleb Aros who on Christmas morning 2022 in Show Low AZ was shot in the knee by a hunting rifle in a freak accident, immediately sending him to the hospital and then soon after being airlifted to a trauma center at Banner UMC in Phoenix AZ.
He was admitted into the trauma unit where he stayed overnight and received immediate surgery to try and recover what was left of his knee. The bullet went through his ACL missing all major arteries and veins but shattering his kneecap, fracturing his femur, and leaving a hole in his quad tendon. Temporary repairs have been done but after surgery he will be going through months of physical therapy and rehabilitation in order to be able to hopefully walk and move around normally again. Caleb is incredibly lucky that the bullet struck where it did and no where else, coming just 2 inches from going through his heart instead of his knee.
As most people who know me know, Caleb is my entire world and every person who knows him knows he is the funniest, most kindhearted hard working and strong man in the world. He was able to laugh and joke through the whole process and is still trying to keep as positive as possible as we move forward with recovery. Caleb has unfortunately been in and out of work for a few months now and was excited to start a new job just two days after this incident happened. Him and I live on our own, and I have been covering and working as much as I can to keep us going but this accident has changed our plans temporarily. He will be put on access due to his situation so thankfully most if not all of his medical expenses will be covered but with him out of work and recovering we will need help with living expenses, travel for his physical therapy, accommodations for his new situation etc. Anything helps and I have gotten his permission to post this, we appreciate any and all support for him and our family and friends during this time, even leaving some motivating and positive words of encouragement and support would mean the world to us!
