Our family’s world was turned upside down when my son, Caleb, was the victim of a hit-and-run motorcycle accident that left him seriously hurt. In a matter of moments, everything changed. The accident caused multiple broken bones and severe injuries, and he had to undergo surgery to begin repairing the damage. While we are incredibly grateful that he survived, he now faces a long and painful road to recovery. Doctors have told us that he will be unable to work for several months while his body heals. Watching your child go through something like this is one of the hardest things a parent can experience. The physical pain he’s enduring is only part of the struggle—there is also the emotional toll of knowing the person responsible did not stop to help and has not been held accountable. During this time, our focus is on helping Caleb heal and regain his strength. Unfortunately, the reality is that medical bills, rehabilitation costs, and everyday living expenses will continue to grow while he is unable to work. We are asking for help so that he can focus on healing instead of financial stress. Donations will help cover out-of-pocket medical expenses, physical therapy and follow-up care, and basic living expenses during recovery. Caleb is one of the hardest-working, kind-hearted people who has always done his best to take care of himself and others. Now he needs the support of his community to help him get through this incredibly difficult chapter. If you’re able to donate, no matter how small, it will mean more to our family than words can express. If donating isn’t possible, simply sharing this page can help us reach others who may be able to help. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for taking the time to read his story and for any support you can give. Your kindness, prayers, and encouragement mean everything to us during this difficult time.
