Hello everyone,

My name is Caleb keohan I am 26 years old, and I am reaching out today to share my story and ask for your support in getting my two front teeth replaced.

When I was 17, my world was shattered when my brother, Brendan keohan Junior, was killed in a drunk driving accident. He was just 23 years old. This devastating loss was compounded when I was involved in a serious car accident a year prior. Due to a diabetic implication from a high glucose level. I broke both my femurs, my pelvis, my sacrum, and fractured my L4 vertebra, which left my left leg paralyzed for two months. My jaw was shattered and dislocated, and I suffered brain bleeds. I spent about four months in the hospital, where I had to relearn how to walk and was unable to eat solid food for several months.

Our family owned a used car dealership in Plymouth, Massachusetts, which my father and brother started together. After losing my brother, my father, who struggled with alcoholism, could not cope with the grief and eventually succumbed to his addiction. Losing both my brother and father was incredibly difficult, but I am proud to say that I have now been sober for six months.

In my recovery, I have found strength I never knew I had. I am working a great job as a moving broker and diligently working through the 12 steps, attending meetings every day, and helping others who are struggling. However, the loss of my two front teeth has made it difficult to fully move forward in my life and career. It has impacted my confidence and ability to make connections in my industry.

Getting my two front teeth replaced will not only help me regain my confidence but also allow me to continue building a successful career and life in recovery. I am asking for your help to raise [insert amount] to cover the cost of the dental work needed to replace my teeth.
