Caleb has battled three autoimmune diseases since he was six years old: Ulcerative Colitis, Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis, and Autoimmune Hepatitis. These conditions have taken a severe toll on his liver. After decades of courage and countless hospital stays, he was recently moved to the top of the liver donor list. He remains in remission from Hepatocellular Carcinoma (Liver Cancer) and continues to fight hard, even now as he battles pneumonia on top of everything else.

Caleb’s mom, Tanya, has been faithfully by his side through every hospital stay and setback, offering constant care and emotional strength through years of uncertainty and exhaustion. Her husband, Vince, has worked tirelessly to support them both, doing everything he can to keep the family steady while carrying the weight of worry and responsibility.

Caleb’s partner, Aleasha, has been caring for their sweet toddler, Payzlee, mostly from home to help protect Caleb’s fragile immune system while maintaining stability and love for their little girl. Payzlee is strong and full of personality—a bright, spirited toddler whose laughter and energy bring hope and light to everyone around her. She keeps her parents and grandparents grounded in love and reminds them daily of what they’re fighting for.
