On Sunday March 28, 2021, owners of Calabria Brick-Oven Pizzeria were woken up to find out their restaurant was flooded. A flash flood entered the building 14"-16". During this time, they lost equipment, flooring, carpet, and all food supplies. The same day they had to call 18 of their team members and notified them that they will be closed for unknown number of weeks. The restaurant must be dried up, dry wall needs replaced, and new equipment installed. Owners stated they are grateful that all their team members and their families are safe. "It is devastating thinking that our team members can not depend on a paycheck for the next several weeks." It human nature to help others. Calabria team members need our help while the restaurant does it's best to reopen. Mt. Juliet voted Calabria "Best Pizza" in town, now they need our support during this difficult time.
