Hi there! I hope all is well with whoever this comes across. My name is Cait and I recently suffered from a spinal cord injury that has basically paralyzed me on my right side. I struggle with severe nerve pain and muscle spasms as well. I am currently at a rehabilitation facility. That I hope will give me the ability to walk, write and drive again.
