Hi! I'm Caitlin, and I'm raising funds to cover the entry fee for an Ironman triathlon. If you’re not familiar with what an Ironman is, it’s one of the top endurance races in the world, consisting of a 2.4-mile swim, a 112-mile bike ride, and a full marathon.

As a young teen, I discovered my love for running, and my dad introduced me to road biking. He often talked about his dream of one day transitioning from bike racing to competing in triathlons, especially an Ironman. Although he never had the chance to pursue that dream, he passed that spark on to me, and now I’m determined to carry it forward in his honor.

The cost to register for the race is currently $900, and by December 10th, prices will increase as slots fill up. My goal is to raise $1,000 to cover the registration fee and the required national triathlete membership (a little over $50).
