Hello, my name is Caira Hampton. I am a first-generation college student attending UMES as an out-of-state student majoring in Biology Pre-Medicine. I made this go fund me so I could help my mother pay for my second year at college. I come from a single-parent household, and I have four siblings, three of whom are in high school, and my mother is still providing for all of them. I also have a nephew that my mother is providing for. I have been applying for scholarships and doing all things to try to help in any way I can, but there's only so much I can do.
