Help Caden Achieve His College Dreams Debt Free!

Hi everyone!
My name is Caden, and I’m proud to share that I’ve been accepted to the University of Kentucky as a freshman this fall, where I’ll be majoring in Finance! For those who know me, you know I’ve always had big dreams—ones that involve building a successful future, supporting my family (current and future), and one day helping others do the same. But right now, I’m facing a financial challenge that I can’t overcome alone.
When I was offered a $29,000 student loan, I thought I’d finally caught a break… Until I saw that it came with a staggering $90,000 in interest. Taking on that kind of debt at 18 didn’t feel right. So I made the decision to try and pay for college out of pocket—a decision that’s financially daunting, but one I believe is worth it in the long run.
On top of this, my family has been going through a difficult time. We recently lost my stepdad, Tony, and the emotional and financial impact on our household has been heavy. Tony was a big part of our lives, and moving forward without him has been incredibly hard, especially now, with college right around the corner.
I’m working, saving every dollar I can, and applying for scholarships, but it’s still not enough to cover tuition, housing, books, and living expenses. That’s why I’ve started this GoFundMe—to ask for your help in giving me the chance to pursue my dreams without starting my life buried in debt.
If you’re able to donate, even a small amount, it would truly mean the world to me. And if you can’t give right now, simply sharing this campaign would be a huge help.
Thank you for taking the time to read my story. Your support means more than you know.
With great gratitude,
Caden
