Cade was diagnosed with Autism and ADHD when he was just 4 years old. Since then, he has faced many challenges, especially being non-speaking, which has made it difficult for him to express himself and connect with the world around him. This has led to moments of frustration and times when he shuts down, making everyday life more challenging for both Cade and our family. Cade also struggles with other health conditions such as Reactive Airway Disease, Anemia, and reflux. These are difficult to observe consistently because of Cade's barrier to communication. Despite these obstacles, Cade continues to show resilience and a unique perspective that inspires us every day.
Recently, we learned about a two-week intensive therapy session through Infinity MN that could make a significant difference in Cade’s life. This program offers a combination of therapies and physician interventions specifically designed for children with Autism. It also includes comprehensive testing to determine if Cade may be struggling with additional autoimmune or neurological conditions. Unfortunately, none of these services are covered by insurance, and the overall cost—including therapy, labs, lodging in Minneapolis for two weeks, and food and gas expenses—is more than we can manage on our own.
We are so grateful for the support we have received from family and friends over the years as we help Cade experience the world. This therapy is the next crucial step in his journey, and we are reaching out for help because we cannot do it alone. If love could pay for his therapy, it would already be scheduled. Any support you can offer will bring us closer to giving Cade the chance he deserves. Thank you for being part of his story and for believing in his potential.
