Help Cabela get her tail amputated

A week and a half ago our sweet girl Cabela (5 year old great dane) sliced her tail on a really sharp edge under our kitchen sink. She was gushing blood and I immediately ran her to the Emergency Vet ER. The emergency vets are VERY expensive and quoted me around $4,000 to just stitch up her tail because was would need to be sedated. I told them that price was insane and asked them to just get the bleeding to stop and to wrap it till I could get her into our regular vet office in a few hours when they opened. I got her into our regular vet office as soon as they opened and they said in order to stitch it up it would still be around $2,000+ because she is a big dog and when they require stitches on the tails they are put under anesthesia and its a surgery. Keep in mind, I already knew it would be around that price because this is now the SECOND time I'm paying for this exact surgery in a little over a month because my other great dane Lulu happened to need stitches in her tail as well. I got Cabela the surgery she needed and brought her home to recover. Everything seemed good for the first few days, and then I noticed that her tail was losing color, turning grey/purple, and was now cold to the touch. This is when I realized that her tail was now dying. The vet said we have to amputate her tail, or this will kill her from infection/necrosis. This is going to cost anywhere from $2800-$3000 for the surgery and then she will also need medication. Something that went from just needing stitches, is now threatening the life of our girl and costing me thousands.
About a month and a half ago my business took a HUGE financial hit that I still have not recovered from. I been paying for all these vet expenses while also trying to get back on my feet. On top of everything else, my boyfriend of 12 years and father of my 11 year old son decided to leave me a week ago so now I'm stuck trying to handle this all alone. It was truly the worst time for this to happen right now. I'm setting my pride aside, I never ask for help and I'm embarrassed its come to this point, but I literally do not know where else to turn. I don't want to see our beloved Cabela lose her life over this but I just can't afford a THIRD emergency surgery.
