I need your help...
The engine in my KIA Sportage seized on Saturday (1/23) and needs replaced. I owe more than it’s worth, so this is my only option.
I was fortunate to be driving thru Marion at the time (I live and work in Indianapolis 75 miles south) and had it towed to Southworth Ford.
At first they thought it was the starter, but once a new one was installed, they diagnosed “Catastrophic Engine Failure” which caused the starter do burn out.
They located a used engine and estimate the total cost to replace it is about $6500 for parts and labor.
Please share with friends and family and help if you can.
