Hi, my name is Seren and I am a student nurse about to start my fourth and final year at university. I am currently in Tanzania undertaking an elective placement experience. My placement is at Meru district hospital. The hospital provides care for patients of all ages, requiring care for conditions including TB, HIV and AIDS, emergency medicine, paediatric, neonatal and maternity. The recourses within the hospital are minimal and any donations to buy new medical equipment would be gratefully received and is desperately needed.
