Hi everyone, 

We are fundraising in order to help the Hospital Universitario Austral (Austral University’s Hospital) in Argentina buy a videogastroscope for pediatric usage. This hospital cares for many patients from all over Argentina, and also does it’s best to help patients in need.

Hospital Austral and their doctors and nurses carry a personal importance to our family because they treated my sister Alexia for Leukemia from 2004-2007. In order to give back to our community, we want to help Hospital Austral and its patients. 

The videogastroscope is essential to the hospital because it is used to collect tissue samples (biopsy) to test for diseases and conditions, such as anemia, bleeding, celiac condition, inflammation, diarrhea or cancers of the digestive system, including those that may affect transplanted or immunosuppressed children. A videogastroscope costs $20,000. 

We will appreciate any donations that will help us get closer to reaching our goal.
