1. THE CURRENT SITUATION

 

 

 

 

I am María, a Spanish woman full of enthusiasm for this project.

 

There is a land in the midst of the Andalusian mountains of Málaga, Spain, deep in the wild valley of the Genal River. There my beloved hero of 2 years and a half, a Rhodesian Ridgeback dog called Héroe, that saved my life in every possible way, lays underground on a bed of flowers.

 

 

 

 

He has been peacefully nourishing the land and my soul and whispering in my ears that all I ever dreamed of could be done precisely in that land, how it is perfect.

 

That land appeared in my life as a total surprise, guided by the need to rent a place for the mare to graze on when leaving my former dwelling near my family, 350 miles away, for a love story.

 

 

 

 

The land was not for sale then; then I prayed for it to be and for me to buy it, then it became for sale when none of the money was there yet to purchase it, so I did everything I could, with very special help from Borja and some others, to gather the amount in every way we could think of, yet found only huge walls in front. I was waiting for the inspiration of the real thing, in trust, when a rush of people wanting to purchase in the area started finding and buying, all lands around being sold quickly as lightning. I phoned the owner on January 15th 2022 to ask if he could reserve it for me for one month while I gather the money for the deposit. He said yes. Then, exactly the next day of that phone call, the blackout: Covid hit home strongly in the shape of a huge pain that kept me motionless and in an enormous blur. Recovery came just 10 days before the spoken of due date, February 15th 2022… what to do? How to manifest the amount in just only 10 days?

 

 

 

 

I knew that if the land had to be for me, there would come an answer.

 

I was sent home from a faraway land a friend, THE GIFT. Elena listened, proposed crowdfunding, and is since then all for it, supporting in every possible way… We have been preparing the website for your rewards and this GOFUNDME intensively. LET'S DO IT ; ) Let´s start by gathering together ASAP at least the first 10.000 € necessary for the deposit, and after that, as soon as we can, the remaining 100.000 € for the purchase and its tax. After that we will only need the last bit: about 40.000 € to attend the fees and taxes for donations, rewards and Gofundme. In joy, fully trusting, WE ARE MAKING IT HAPPEN, TOGETHER ; ) 

 

 

 

2. THE DREAM

 

 

 

 

I DREAM since forever to create a Cultural Paradise in pristine nature where animals, plants, waters, children, teenagers, elders and adults can BE & LEARN & GROW & BOND.

 

A place made of the harmonious dance of DIGNITY, ELEGANCE, LISTENING, SENSITIVITY, RESPECT, CARE, CLARITY, LIMITS, CREATIVITY, TRUST and COOPERATION… creating organically a school with “no school”, an ALIVE LIFE SCHOOL where each child and teenager can follow their inner motivation, the path of their joy, non-stop, inspired and supported by the adults who are there for them already doing precisely that: living the life of their dreams, their purpose… how much strength and passion can that transmit without having to utter a word, just by doing one´s thing, just by being? I LOVE THAT.

 

 

 

 

So, a place stewarded and nourished by people of excellent inner quality, be them bakers, scientists, artists… all who love to do their thing well done… all who TRULY CARE. Generations gathering together symbiotically in this vibrant vitality… what has worked for indigenous peoples for thousands of years. In the end, nothing new, simply what works.

 

 

 

 

For it, Authenticity, Responsibility, Listening to one´s body and soul, Perceiving and Regarding the needs of all others and one´s own, Conscious communication, and Silence to allow the most miniature wonders to be heard … is required. And we are going to make it happen. Together.

 

 

 

 

We DREAM of offering this for you and in that great bonded environment create a natural amphitheater where FESTIVALS of poetry, theater, dance and music co-exist with the piece of art which is already there: that forest, that river, those wild beings, that pure air. MUSIC: I SEE amazing musicians such as LUDOVICO EINAUDI and THE PIANO GUYS coming to play, unplugged, like a deer, to the delight of an audience coming from all corners of the world to listen to their concert, all cared for in the most excellent way: the healthiest possible Weston A. Price eco food, full kindness and politeness, and only fully regenerative places of sleep where to drift away in the lullaby of the owls, the wind and the water and to wake up to the other concert… the birds.

 

 

 

 

We DREAM that this becomes the home of many. That the original and created habitat is so easy and wonderful that even those and other amazing artists ask to stay longer and bring their families there too… a second home for all who fully care, with all the vast enrichment this brings in all directions.

 

I DREAM that children, elders, animals and all be treated in full dignity, acknowledging each one´s wisdom, regardless the age or species.

 

I DREAM of an education in freedom, with the colossal responsibility and awareness that goes hand in hand with it. One that in that freedom also provides all necessary legal documents to follow one´s path, be that University or any other one. We need a space with full sovereignty for it.

 

 

 

 

I DREAM that almost all the food can be gathered or hunted in the area from the wild, or cultivated in naturally enriched soils, or acquired from local neighbors that make wonders: cheese, wine… ancient wisdom for our tummies.

 

 

 

 

I DREAM that elders have a place of meaning till their last day, a mission and a drive as stewards of wisdom. That they may gather from all the seeds of love, support and care they sowed in their families and beyond. That they live in maximum health and regard as the jewl they are.

 

I DREAM that on our death-beds we each are proud of the small humble yet great point in the Universe we have been, of who we shared our lives with, of how we lived, of what we did, of what we did not do, of how we cared, of how we loved.

 

3. WHY DO I NEED YOU?

 

 

 

 

And I NEED YOU, AND AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, BECAUSE I have the vision and the drive and already some hands helping beautifully, and not yet in my hands the material wealth to make it happen, to purchase it before any other does. Only once it is purchased can we ensure that all the dreamed of wonders to be co-created there for many AND YOU can happen.

 

 

 

 

I would love to be a mom of biological children and foster children too and that they can grow, together with many other wonderful children and adults and culture and natural world, in this Miracle that you help come true.

 

 

 

 

2012 to 2019 were far from easy. Then Héroe arrived and saved me from nearly everything. Then he left. Then Cris, family and friends have taken over in this starting from cero that, thanks to them and to you, is turning out so pretty. Had that very tough situation never happened, I most probably would not be reaching out to you today with a dream of this sort to make true together. And together is a treasure. Let´s do it.

BREAKDOWN OF THE AMOUNT

 

 

-100.000 € is the price of the land. We need this as soon as possible since the land is really beautiful and many people have appeared in the area to purchase lands and are doing so very quickly. This land is so far miraculously staying untouched despite its wonderful qualities… I trust that we are going to make it, together. Thank you so much : )

 

There is a possibility of giving a 10.000 euro deposit first, and the rest of the amount for completing the purchase in the next few months.

 

-10.000 € is the price of the taxes for this purchase

 

-about 40.000 € extra for the taxes to be paid upon receiving donations or giving rewards. This amount we cannot specify now, since it will depend on many factors, such as the country of the donors and that of the receivers of the rewards. Also, we hope to pay with this the GoFundMe fees (2.9 % + 30 cents for each donation). Then, we will use the remaining money to fix the fence to keep the wild boar away and prepare all else necessary for your gifts and stay: vegetable garden, showers, compost toilets, shelters...
