Hey y’all, I’m Willow, and I’m here on behalf of my Yorkie mix, Buttons (pictured above).

The short version: Buttons needs some dental work. She needs at least one tooth extracted, (maybe two), plus a full cleaning to keep the rest for a bit longer. And we just don’t have the funds to cover it right now. I’m disabled (but not on disability), and Doug is still looking for work, so things are tight.

We can cover routine vet care, but dental care is expensive, y’all — for people and for the puppers. Me? I know why my teeth hurt. But Buttons doesn’t understand why eating kibble makes her mouth ache. So yeah, I’d like to give her pain-free mealtimes again.

I’ll post the estimate we were given so you can see the breakdown. We're looking to raise the whole of the estimate and everything will go completely to her vet bill.

We’ve been going to this vet for years, and I trust them completely. They’ve taken care of all our furbabies, and they don’t suggest anything unless it’s really needed. So I feel confident this is something Buttons needs to stay healthy and out of pain.

It would mean a lot if you could pitch in, even just a little. And if not, sharing this around would help too.

Right now, Buttons is on soft food, but she loves her kibble. She’s still her spunky self, wrestling with Coffee and Brandy (her pack mates), and we want to make sure she’s not hurting, so she can keep being her happy, weird little self.
