Hi, I’m Louis, and I’m the very proud dad of Butter, the "noodle bear"(ferret) who has stolen hearts across TikTok and Instagram.

For years, Butter has brought laughter, comfort, and education to hundreds of thousands of people. He has helped new and seasoned ferret owners learn how to properly care for their “spaghetti rats,” and he has been a daily dose of joy for so many.

Now Butter needs help.

He requires a specialized surgery that cannot be performed locally. We must travel 3 hours to Cornell University Hospital for Animals in Ithaca, NY, where a team experienced in exotic and small mammal care can treat him properly. This procedure is urgent, and it is our best chance to give him a healthy future.

The cost of the surgery, travel, and aftercare is significant, and I cannot do this alone.

If Butter has ever made you smile, laugh, or feel less alone, I am humbly asking for your support. Any contribution, no matter the size, helps us get him closer to the care he needs.

If donating is not possible, sharing this fundraiser means just as much. Spreading the word could change everything for him.

Thank you to every single one of Butter’s friends. Your love has always meant the world to us.

With gratitude,

Louis and Butter (and his brother, Biscuit)
