Hi everyone,

This is one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to write, and honestly something I never imagined I’d have to do. I’m asking for help for my dog, Butch — my 8-year-old American Bully and my best friend.

Recently, I took Butch to see a cardiologist after noticing something wasn’t right. That visit turned into devastating news: Butch has a 7 cm tumor on his heart. After meeting with an oncologist, we learned that radiation is the best option to help stop the growth of the tumor and give him more quality time. Unfortunately, the cost of the specialist visits, diagnostics, and upcoming treatment is more than I can cover on my own.

Butch is not “just a dog” to me. He’s my family. He’s been by my side through everything — the good days and the hard ones — and he still wakes up every day wagging his tail, loving life, and trusting me to take care of him. Seeing him fight this while still being his happy, loving self breaks my heart.

This is my first time ever asking for something like this, and it’s incredibly humbling. Any donation, no matter the amount, will go directly toward his veterinary and radiation treatment. If you’re unable to donate, sharing this page also means more than you know.
