Buster is a 10-year-old boy with a huge heart and a love for football—especially Ipswich Town Football Club. However, Buster faces a daily challenge. Due to cerebral palsy, he has limited motor skills, and his legs are too weak and floppy to support him. As a result, Buster relies on a wheelchair to get around. But despite the challenges, Buster has never lost his passion for football. He dreams of one day being able to join back in with his favourite sport and being part of something special.

Around 9 months ago, we discovered that the ITFC Foundation offers a powerchair football program with disabled facilities, and Buster’s eyes lit up. This incredible program gives children, teens, and adults the chance to play football in specialist powerchairs that allow them to move, weave through cones, work as a team, and play full football games—all in a safe, supportive environment. Powerchair football is a life-changing experience for kids like Buster, but there's a catch—these chairs are expensive, and the ITFC Foundation, like many charities, struggles to keep up with demand. That’s where we need your support.

We’re fundraising to get Buster his own custom-built powerchair—one specifically designed for him. This chair will be tailored to his individual needs, with controls designed for his stronger hand, and it will be built in his favourite colours. Most importantly, the chair will grow with him, supporting his mobility and giving him the opportunity to join in with football and have fun like other children.

Any donation, no matter how small, will bring us one step closer to helping Buster make his dream of playing football a reality. If you aren't able to donate please still share with your friends, colleagues and families.
