Help bury our hero with dignity

On Thursday, December 22, 2022, the 28th of the Hebrew month of Kislev, our family lost our hero. Tzvi Chai Ben Nachum - Michael West, was not just our hero, but a true hero of the Land of Israel and the Jewish people. He was a fighter who fought against the British, for independence against the Arabs in 1948, who fought against nature and science every day to live longer to be with his family. He defied the odds and we all thought and knew he was invincible. At 96 years old, just months after witnessing his first grandchild get married, he passed, and the strength and light that was invincible, went to sleep.

Our Saba gave everything to his family. Even though he was living on social security and needed support himself, he always gave to his children and grandchildren, without being asked, just to love, spoil, and support us. There is no way to repay what he gave to us or to the Nation of Israel. The very least that could and can be done, is to send him off in the way he wanted and to remember and honor him in everything we do.
