My name is Martha Garth, the mother of Robert Howard. On January 6th, my son was murdered by an on duty police officer of Memphis, TN. He’s the father of 3 children. Robert would have been 31 on the 30th of this month, but his life was violently taken by an officer who took an oath to protect and serve.
