Help Burt Walk Again with Hip Surgery

My name is Burt, I'm a 56 year old man, in need of a hip replacement. I am having a very difficult time walking. Need to get a $5,000 payment so I can get the surgery done. Please help I normally don't ask for help and it's very difficult for me to ask for help. I don't know what else to do. Thanks for reading
