Help Bunny get surgery
Donation protected
Hi!! I’m Willow, and this is my cat Bunny. She is a very special cat, and needs a very special lifesaving surgery. Bunny was found in the middle of Montana, and was mistaken for a baby rabbit. She was born without a tail, no nub, no bob tail, nothing! She made her way to us when she was about 6 weeks old, and the week after we brought her home she started experiencing a lot of health issues. She had a recurring rectal prolapse (a portion of her colon was outside of her body) and severe gastric issues. She has gone to 4 different vets, including a speciality referral clinic 4 hours away from us, undergone multiple suture procedures, medication and food trials, and finally after all of that we received a diagnosis of Manx Syndrome (Bunny is missing all of her vertebrae that would’ve been her tail to include a portion of her spine and thus has severe nerve damage in her rectum and colon) Bunny needs a surgery called colopexy (a suturing of the colon to the abdomen wall). This surgery is very expensive, but ensures Bunny will live a pain free, long, healthy life. This amount of money will cover all of Bunny’s surgery, spay, and any follow up appointments or medications she would need. Bunny is a very loved and spoiled kitty, and I have no idea what we would do without her! Please consider donating to help our little special girl get her surgery and thank you in advance to anyone who decides to donate
