This is Bumble! He is blind and has Cerebellar hypoplasia, which means he's got the wobbles. The vets recommend getting him an MRI soon so they can see if he has lesions on his brain. MRIs are a little expensive and anything will help. He's full of life and loves everyone he meets. He just needs a little help every now and then.
