Bullseye Bakery is a family-owned business born and raised in the heart of Austin. The first supporters of Bullseye were our community: friends, family, and co-workers who bought our cookies and breads by the arm-full, helping us raise enough money to send our daughter to the National Archery Championships in 2019. The fundraiser was a great success and the community asked for us to keep baking! We enthusiastically responded by creating Bullseye Bakery and we've been growing strong since that first fundraiser.

One year ago, we moved into a brick-and-mortar, subletting from a bar. Our bakery quickly became a space for gathering, working, and enjoying time with friends. In April, we signed to stay on another year but the bar recently decided to close.

We were graciously offered the opportunity by the property owners to take over the lease & space but that involved A LOT. Alas, for a small business like ours, ramping up the business in such a short amount of time was not a wise decision. It’s honestly been a heartbreaking decision, as we loved having a bakery & coffee shop in our very own neighborhood.

But we are visionaries, dream makers, and resilient as hell. This is not the end for Bullseye Bakery. We have clear goals ahead:

• We will find a commercial kitchen space to rent & continue baking.

• We are currently shopping for a food truck & finding a place to park it.

• We are researching new brick & mortar spaces.

• Bullseye Bakery will land on our feet.
